Responsibilities

• Place order for Show and Sell Popcorn to Council
• Receive and store popcorn for show and sell
• Arrange dates, times, and locations for show and sells
• Get dens to take show and sell dates
• Distribute popcorn to each den prior to show and sell
• Receive remaining popcorn and collected cash after show and sell
• Distribute popcorn order forms to Pack Scouts
• Pitch the popcorn sales to the Pack
• Collect completed order forms from Scouts before order turn-in date
• Prepare and send popcorn order to Council for Scout sales
• Turn in prize requests for Scouts to Council
• Receive and store ordered popcorn
• Distribute ordered popcorn to dens
