Organization Volunteers

A well-run organization relies on lots of volunteers. If you can help out with any of the following unassigned positions, please let us know. We can use all the help we can get.

Cub Master
Leader; help plan and carry out scout program; conduct Pack meetings

Assist cub master with activities as needed

Pack Committee Chair
Conduct Sunday Pack Leader meetings, notify adult volunteers of on-going training requirements; help with volunteers; work with Cub Master on an on-going basis

Keep Pack records including pack leader meeting records; notify pack leaders of meetings and other announcements; prepare outside communications

Treasurer
Maintain financial records; prepare budget; collect $ from den leaders; maintain checking account, etc.

Awards Chairman
Consolidates den orders, purchases the necessary items such as badges and belt loops and distributes at meetings

Public Relations Chair
Arrange pack projects in school; monthly newsletter; get Pack events covered by media; submit material to Bright Side

Take pictures at scout event to use in articles, promotions and scrap book/ prepares a Pack CD

prepares (including copying) newsletters to hand out at monthly meetings

Helps coordinate games at monthly meetings and pack events.

coordinate Pack's activities during this clean-up event

This volunteer coordinates the Pack's participation in area parades, like the Kennesaw Christmas parade, the Acworth Pioneer Days parades, etc.
